Meditation & Scripture with Movement (FORM)

Join us for a time of stretching, breathing and movement as Kat Linehan leads us through a meditation on scripture. Kat, an ACSM personal trainer and the developer of FORM, combines her love for physical movement and scripture in a meditative practice that invites renewal and restoration. She has previously led meditative retreats for our Union community.

This is for all ages, gender, and abilities. We have mats but you may want to bring your own. Wear exercise clothes that are easy for movement. Contact Megan.
